Second Best February Ever! According to TREB, the Toronto Real Estate Market for February 2007 has been the second best it ever has. February’s figures saw 6,772 sales, beating February 2006’s figures of 6,756. Even though February saw the coldest temperatures in many years, so far the year has been progressing at a brisk pace.
The average price of a Toronto Home has increased to $368,687, a 4% increase over the previous month.
