Best January Ever! According to TREB, the Toronto Real Estate Market for January 2007 has been the best it ever has. January’s sales figure were 13% higher than in January 2006 and 6% higher than January 2002, the previous Record for January sales.
January 2007 saw 5,173 homes sold in the Greater Toronto Area. Average prices for January 2007 peaked at $353,724 up 6% over January 2006.
