Market Watch >March 2007 Numbers
March On Par with 2007! According to TREB, the Toronto Real Estate Market for March 2007 has been on par with last year’s numbers. March’s figures saw 8,518 sales, compared to March 2006’s figures of 8,707. The market is continuing strong overall and April should see greater sales still.
A large jump in Condo sales in C14 District, (Yonge / Sheppard Condos, Yonge & Finch Condos, North York Centre) saw a 14% jump over March of last year.
