Corktown District Lofts “Where King meets Queen”

Corktown District Lofts is a new development opening this weekend by Streetcar Developments in Toronto’s lower East side. The area, known as the Corktown District or the Distillery borders on the triangle created by King St E, Queen St E and Sumach St. The 3 Loft buildings will be 569 King St. E, 549 King St. E and 52 Sumach St.

Streetcar Developments is known for many Toronto East Side Loft conversions such as Queen City Vinegar Co., Edge Lofts, Riverside Lofts, 952 Kingston, Beach House Lofts and Academy Lane Lofts.

The new Corktown District Lofts previews this weekend, April 21st & 22nd 2007, and will feature the three new Loft Buildings.
