Toronto’s Smallest House Sold
As real estate prices continue to grow in Toronto, it becomes ever more difficult for the first time buyer to afford anything but a condo. However, recently, a small little house in the Dufferin / Rogers area of Toronto sold as a great condo alternative.
This tiny little 300 sq. ft. house on Day Ave. was billed as a condo alternative. Sitting on a 7.5 ft. wide lot, the one bedroom one level house (no basement) sold for near asking at $135,000, or close to $500 / sq. ft.
Does it have a back yard? It sure does, however, in order to get to the back yard, you’ve gotta go through the house, seeing as the tiny home is physically attached to it’s neighbour on one side.
