Toronto Lofts > Corktown District Lofts are Buzzing

I previously mentioned the Corktown District Lofts in a post two weeks ago. Well it seems that the development is getting some more media buzz. A recent Toronto Star Article “Corktown Bubbles Up” recently visited with the development and shed some light on this historic area’s rich history.
Toronto’s Corktown & Distillery Districts have been home to many historic migrations of Irish settlers in the mid-1800s as well as the area being home to Upper Canada’s first parliament building. It should prove to be a great site for an urban renewal project.
Prices for this development will range anywhere from $180,000 to upwards of $700,000. There are still many units available and the time is still good for early bird prices & pre-construction deals.
