Toronto’s Smallest House For Sale

I recently reported in April that Toronto’s Smallest House Sold. Well, it would appear that the home is yet again for sale. In April, this detached home with just under 300 sq. ft. of space, in the Dufferin / Rogers area of Toronto sold for $135,000, roughly $500 per sq. ft. It is back on the market now for $179,900, or roughly $600 per sq. ft.

What has changed since April? Well it would appear that the home has received a complete renovation from top to bottom. The kitchen has been redone, there are new appliances and a new Murphy bed in the bedroom. New stone entrance and rear deck as well.

The home as it was back in April:

A debt solution is given by consultant to make payments easily on time. The 1st mortgage is a term that refers to the fact that a mortgage has preliminary claim in the even of defaulting. The free home mortgage is not possible because there has to be given something in return in order to have home mortgage.

This house is really cute, but I am not sure, the price is appropriate. Of course, there are enough peple, who wants to leave in a “smallest house”. I bought my condo in Toronto for 2 years, its bigger, with very beautiful garden and not so far from centre and in comparison to this one, the price was very reasonable. So I wonder, if this house find it’s new owner.

Holy cow, that’s a small house! My grandmother’s house used to have an adjoining half-lot with a small house on it that we always thought of as a dollhouse, but that was a mansion compared to this.

I think this house is most amazing and would be just perfect for me and to run a little doggie day care for little doggies. Its been redone so beautifully, and I could make it my forever home. who needs 3000 sq. ft. when you have a little backyard like that. I am packing, Lynn

[…] The website is interesting in many ways. It has as I have mentioned a great section on the home’s History, A Picture Gallery, A List of Renovations done and possible future renovations, including the addition of a second story. Furthermore, there is also a section that deals with recent Press articles, clips and so on mentioning the small house. I found it amusing to see the website Torontoist.com being mentioned in the Press section, even though Torontoist.com originally linked back to my article of October 15th: Toronto’s Smallest House For Sale. I need to know the excat location of this house, so as I can tell my folks in Toronto about this house. Cause I don’t think they know about it. They do live near the area of Dufferin and St. Clair.

 Are people really that STUPID to pay such a ridiculous amount of money, I don’t care where it is, just to own a historical “smallest” house?!?!?!?!? No envy there! I really cannot imagine it… and puts new meaning on buying lotto 649 in the Maritimes (where a million dollars goes as far as it was meant to). LOL!

I think it is really cute, but you probably get claustophobic living in it,it would be great for a b&b or a little vacation home.
