The Modern on Richmond condominiums is a new development by Cityview Homes recently announced. The new condominium development will be built at Richmond and Sherbourne in the Queen East design district.
This neighborhood is home to such trend-setting places such as EQ3, George, Montauk, Norwalk, etc. It is also closely located to the eclectic stretch of Front street and near to the St. Lawrence market. A short distance away also is the Toronto downtown core and the financial district.
The Modern Condos on Richmond will be a 17 story 343 suite building with a variety of floor plans to suit various lifestyles.
